Leadership Rhode Island

Introducing the New LRI for a Post-COVID World.

For over three decades, Leadership Rhode Island has been developing strong leaders for a flourishing community and rethinking what leadership looks like. We helped them create an impact report for alumni, partners, and supporters that explores their growth in tension.

challenge

Because of COVID, LRI has been rethinking what leadership looks like. They’ve pivoted to offer new services, emerging from the pandemic as a very different organization. This is the perfect opportunity to reintroduce themselves and build a hub for inspiring stories.

INSIGHTS

Every relationship needs time and attention to thrive – including business connections! A printed impact report cuts through the digital noise and establishes a special rhythm of connection with the people who matter most.

OUTCOME

We designed a print booklet that engages their audience with inspiring stories and shares how LRI is living their mission. This booklet also points to a companion website where the community can go deeper and share their own stories all year long.

Sharing Stories of Impact

In a world full of marketing emails and digital information, nothing stands out like a tangible object you can hold, read, and share. For the past two years, we’ve worked with LRI to craft impact reports that engage alumni, supporters, and partners.

Their 2022 Impact Report is a booklet that explores the organization’s growth in tension. This brief report shares major stories, big changes, and new offerings from LRI, while inviting readers to learn more about the organization.

Elevating Dynamic Leadership Stories

A lot has happened in the LRI community – more than we can fit in a printed booklet – so we designed a dynamic companion minisite. This is more than a digital copy. It extends the life of the report with longer stories and creates a hub of connection where the community can submit their own. We included links to the website all through the printed report as an invitation to go deeper and continue the conversation.
